Hi!!
Could someone recommend me a cheap hotel in Boston? I've been looking and all the hotels I've found are quite expensive. Thank you very much!! |

There are no cheap hotels "in" Boston, only in the suburbs. Try the Motel 6 in Braintree. It's right by a T station, reasonably close to the city and runs about $70.

Thanks a lot for your answers! I will try the suburbs, then.
Cheers, Natalia.

Depends on your price range, but one option very close to downtown is the Constitution Inn (http://www.constitutioninn.org/) prices are under $200 a night for the summer while nearby hotels like the Charlestown Residence Inn are $300-$400 a night. It is located in Charlestown just a mile from the North End, and is easily and safely walkable along the Freedom Trail. Not the greatest hotel in the city, but its the cheapest, most convenient place I have stayed. There is also some free parking in the area of the hotel.

We just came back from a 2 nights stay at Motel 6, Braintree and I can recommend it. The place is newly renovated, very clean with friendly helpful staff. Extra towels, hairdryer and iron available on request. Our room was at the back overlooking a field with trees and very quiet. No breakfast but free coffee till 10 am. Place to eat nearby( though we didn't eat there ourselves ) and a K-Mart round the corner. Trains frequent and convenient. Cost $173 for Saturday and Sunday nights including tax, internet booking.

I've always done well with the Park Plaza, Back Bay, believe it or not. $100/night for an online deal, and in a spectacular neighborhood. For 20 or 30 bucks more a night, you'll be in the heart of the city.
See if you can't find this type of deal on sidestep or Kayak. GC
