Yes, it is an address. Loosely translated, it is:
#288-6 Sunsu Street Embong-myum neighborhood Asan city Cheonchungnam province. It is about 1/2 west of Cheonan and due south of Seoul.

Sorry...I can't tell you much about lodging in Asan, but this link may be useful to you if you are going to be there for a while:
http://www.asan.go.kr/eng/art/sub_03_02.asp It is only a 90 minute bus ride south of Seoul. It is known for hot springs and spas and has some resorts, but there are also plenty of "yeogwans" (motels) there as well. Now that I think of it, there is a 4-star hotel there called the Palace, but if I recall, it's pretty reasonably priced.
