Jacksonville 95 or 295 on a Friday at at noon?

I will be driving to St Augustine from up north and expect to pass through Jacksonville around noon or 1 pm. Which route do you recommend that I take to avoid traffic backups?

Go with 295 -- I believe that most construction and lane-widening has been completed, and should be a smooth-sailing stretch.
