| Penang | Taking the bus to Cameron Highlands from Penang Posted: Thu June 12, 2008 10:44 AM UTC
I plan to go to Cameron Highlands from Penang. I've read somewhere that there are more buses available in Butterworth than in Penang. Is it true? Is the Butterworth bus station close to the ferry terminal?
Also, anyone is interested for a VT meet on Sunday or Monday? I'll be in Penang at that time. |

for info,,,butterworth have more buses available than in penang,,,ferry terminal also close with butterworth bus terminal, just in walking distance,,if not mistaken have 3 trip per day from penang / butterworth to cameron highlands...when u arrive in penang?

So it's better to take the bus from Butterworth then?
I will be arriving, hopefully, by the afternoon of this Sunday from Thailand.

u can take bus either from penang or butterworth,,,up to u,,,i think the at 8 am, 10 am and 2 pm everyday,,,,
