I am going to Riyadh soon..can I bring food supplements and vitamins? Do I need to have prescriptions to bring this?thanks.

I don't think so, but again it wouldn't hurt, you see it depends ...if you're with family and you look trustworthy they won't bother at the customs, but if you're a teenager with a pony tail and a metallica t-shirt, they sure will frisk you head to toe and check every cd and every pill you're carrying you know
why would you need to bring from abroad, there's a shop called GNC in Riyadh which has a lot of those, I'm no expert but this is their specialty

hi..thanks for your advise..the food supplements i am taking are from a certain supplier here in the Philippines, it's called herbalife..i think its origin is from the USA..do you think they have these products too?thanks again.
