In Sweden, there is no real cheap "anything" ;-)
There are few camp sites which you can find easy by searching or try also the Red Boat (www.theredboat.com) which is slightly cheaper then the average.

I agree with the red boat. I have stayed on it twice. It is a sort of a "vandrahem" (youth hostel) but you do get your own room, it's just the bathroom you share (at least we did - they have 2 boats, not sure if there's any difference), think it was the best price we could find.
Plus points with it also is that it's fairly close to Gamla stan or slussen tunnelbana. and has nice views of the water. If you do get sea sick I wouldnt recommend it though, it does tend to rock. If you phone the stockholm tourist info and ask about youth hostels they can probablys give you some good tips.

Hi!
I think there are campsites ranging from 19-26 euros. "Bredängs Camping Stockholm" I think is the most expensive? Not really sure. There are also others on the 6 euro level.... but I'm not sure as to what to expect. Hostels are probably cheaper than posh Hotels, but if you're planning on a longer stay, holiday apartments are probably cheaper in the long run. You can invite people to the apartment to party or something. Here's a list of Stockholm holiday apartments if you're interested. http://www.110apartments.com/new/en/search/sweden/?_o=town
