Bhutan	Orchid Curry Posted: Tue June 10, 2008 08:58 PM UTC I read couple books about Bhutan and found that orchid curry is a delicacy. Does anybody know what kind of orchids they use for this curry? I read couple books about Bhutan and found that orchid curry is a delicacy. Does anybody know what kind of orchids they use for this curry? I would be extra thrilled if there is a recipe out there!!
