San Sebastián Travel Forum

I will be staying in San Seb from 12 - 14 July and wanting some advise on any beautiful beaches, great restaurants and things to do. We will at some point catch the bus to Pamplona for the seatival so any advise there would be great also.

There are two main beaches in SS, La Concha which is very sheltered and where most of the beach lovers go and is right below the preminade, and then another beach a bit north which is not sheltered and there are some waves. Most people sun and swim at La Concha. The weather in July can be sunny or rainy. On the sunny days the La Concha can be crowded and at high tide there is not much dry sand. SS has some of the best tapas (pintxo) bars I have ever eaten at. Most of these are in the old town section. As for eating in Pamplona during St. Fermin, best to check my Pamplona pages. I am puting to test a new Microsoft software and found some nice restaurants to you in San Sebastián.
They are on upper links. I never had been served by them but they were mentioned as good restaurants. I will now try to find the restaurants in the Spain map.
