Hi Sara,
unfortunately, there is no overnight train. there are 3 trains from Vilnius to Klaipeda: 06:30 - 11:04 08:40 - 13:47 (won't go on 17 June due to some works) 17:30 - 22:03 (won't go on 17 June due to some works) Prices for this route 42,1 LT (~12,5 EUR). But i think there a discount for people under 26. good luck for traveling in LT

also, there is no overnight buses..The earliest one is at 6am. and last one at 19.30, which comes to Klaipeda at 23.30. Bus ticket prices are a little bit higher than trains, and just students and seniors get discounts.

Another thing to consider: Train is 5 hours, bus is 3.75 hours if EXPRESS.

Thank you very much! I really appreciate it! Maybe you can help me with one other thing. My friend and I are both flying into Vilnius on different flights. Since we won't have mobile phones we need to set up a place to meet. Do you know of a good meeting spot in the Vilnius Airport? Thanks again!

, you can see a picture, and below it there are 25 buttons for more pictures - click No 7 , should be a photo of a kiosk "Lietuvos spauda", you'll see how it looks like. Could be a normal spot for meeting.
