| Nassau | Cost of meals Posted: Sun June 8, 2008 04:12 AM UTC
I am going to be visiting Nassau in July with my daughter and my husband. We did not buy a meal plan/ or book at an all inclusive hotel. should we have??? And if we can't change our reservations, how much would it cost per day to feed three people?? my daughter is 14.

Where are you staying? Is there a restaurant at your hotel and are you near town? It's difficult to answer your questions without knowing more details.

There is the "Fish Fry" which is between cable beach and downtown. This is where there is a cluster of local restaurants with authentic local food. It is highly recommended by many. Also, there is american places like McDonalds, Starbucks and Jamba Juice. As well as Deli's and Pizza places. You will have plenty to choose from, not to mention supermarkets and such. Check out the other website trip advisor, the Bahamas forum has sooo much restaurant info. In fact I have read that the meal plans aren't always worth it.
