I don't know of one, but you can just step on a local train in Sorrento and go straight to Naples very easily.

I didn't notice any such tours advertised when I was there. It's too easy to get there by train, perhaps? And most visitors will want to see Pompeii/Herculaneum/Vesuvius/Amalfi/Capri etc. All of these are extremely easy to acces by public transport from Sorrento, by the way.
Get the Circumvesuviana train from Sorrento station to Napoli Centrale, trains are frequent, faes are cheap, journey takes around an hour. You can then explore the city at your leisure. Timetables here: http://www.vesuviana.it/Reteeorari/Ferrovia/Orario

Once you are in Naples there is a hop-on hop-off double decker sightseeing bus that can take you throughout the city, wherever you need to go. It's touristy but works well as long as the traffic co-operates ! Here's the link: http://www.napoli.city-sightseeing.it/eng/index.htm

Easiest way is bus from Sorrento which is real easy and even easier but a bit more in money is a boat direct from Sorrento port to Naples port--Gene

Getting the Circumvesuviana train is much much easier than getting the bus.
There are stations at Sorrento (end of the line anyway)and at Vico Equense. Trains are frequent and cheap (and not prone to traffic delays like buses). Journey time from Sorrento to Naples is about an hour: yuo'll arive at Napoli Centrale station, on Piazza Garibaldi. You won't find train details on the Trenitalia site, as the Circumvesuviana is privately-owned. Timetables here: http://www.vesuviana.it/Reteeorari/Ferrovia/Orario
