We are planning a trip in March of '09 to Morritt's resort and was wondering if anyone can give any insight on the place. Are there bike or scooter rentals available or grocery stores within walking distance from the resort? Any tips on transporation from airport to the resort besides the high price of cabs? Any helpfull information about the place would be appreciated.

We have been going to Morritts for the last 9 years and love it. But be aware that Morritts is 45 minutes from 7 Mile Beach. A car is the best way to get around. However, the resort does rent bicycles, and there is a small grocery store across the street from the resort.

Sorry, I got distracted and realize that my reply didn't make much sense. McCurley's can pick you up at the airport and take you to the resort. They also rent cars. We've always had great success with them.
