From te airport to Budapest-Keleti station you can use public transport also. You need 2 single, and 1 metro section tickets, so it's 2x270+220=760 HUF
From the airport to Kőbanya-Kispest terminus by bus 200 From Kőbánya-Kispest to Deák Ferenc tér by metro 3 (10 stops) From Deák Ferenc tér to Keleti pályaudvar by metro 2 (3 stops) Usual time of journey: ~60 minutes. The tips for the trains are correct.
