peoples park used to be known as palace in the sky, it is a mansion built meant for visiting US president Ronald Reagan as his guest house. but this was not completed.

coming from sta rosa, upon reaching tagaytay market turn left, go straight up to the tip of the road (5kms)

from dasmarinas upon reaching the rotonda, turn left also but you have go around the rotonda.

as mentioned above, people's park is the former palace in the sky. i don't know your purpose for asking or for going there, but if it is for sightseeing, forget it. what's left is an unfinished structure in its sorry state.

100% agree with asianbelle. the people's park, as they call it, is not a park. it's an ugly deserted mansion.

the only attraction there today is the 360 degrees view

i don't know who you are,where you coming from, but then... i my self i came for visit in tagaytay last march for about 3weeks and didn't really care about whats in peoples park but of course i had been drove by there and drove arround, in fact i attend on my nephew graduation was held close enough to peoples park in one of those nice private high school out there, the only thing i can say is i enjoy my vacation in tagaytay because of an excellent weather and nice seight seing and most of all is peacefull and no traffic, i was 100%percent satisfaction. this is my second visit...and be back again next year and more...someday i think i will settle down in tagaytay in a few years to come. i appreciate the beauty of tagaytay!!!
