Folks,
Would anyone please know if there are entities, even persons in Laoag (or Vigan) where I can rent a motorbike (with driver) to roam around the province? Am not too keen on riding/driving myself alone as am not too familiar with what to see and where to turn - thus, the driver can be my guide too!

Motorbike is my most preferred, but if there'll be none I can go for a car, and if none still... can a tricycle roam the province and Ilocos Sur?

First time I roamed there years ago, we were on a van straight from Manila and it felt like we were real tourists (not good hehe). Second time, a friend and I went jeep riding from Laoag to everywhere (fun but we ran out of time). This time am alone and just got 2.5 days and 2 nights. And oh, this time I'll have a camera hehehe (just a P&S). And am too ambitious to want to cover everything from Patapat down to Candon if possible.

Any suggestions please?
