In quickly looking around, I did not notice that the diocesan website (http://www.cagayan-de-oro.com/Archdiocese.htm - which appears to be maintained by the city) had any hours or any reference to a website for the cathedral :-(.
However, I did find the email address for the Chancery Office - orochan@cdo.weblinq.com You might email this address and ask them your question, in case no one closer comes up with an answer... Bill
