I will be traveling by greyhound to Newark New Jersey, which then I am to take a train to my destination Middletown New Jersey. Where do I take the train what is it called?

The train station is Penn Station, Newark (not Penn Station New York) and you need to get NJ Transit's, North Jersey Coast Line.
