No rain. Average Air 27-32C, water 26-28C. A bit windy. Actually not so warm, especially in the water.Last years brought some unpredicatble cliamte trends ( global warming?), so occasionally it could be much cooler in January ( during last two years cold air from Chian was coming, but not just for few days).

Wearher should be fine in Hua Hin in January. You certainly must book accommodation in advance as it is peak season. if you arrive without booked accommodation you 'may' find some place to stay but you would have to take whatever accommodation is available - you would not have been able to choose in advance.
