Is there a bus company in Colombia that goes from Barranquilla, Atlántico to Cali, Valle de Cauca. I see that Expreso Brasilia goes only as far as Bogotá.

If you look at the website of Expreso Brasilia you will see, under "conexiones", that they connect to Cali with Empresa Arauca in Medellin.
