1H25 direct by plane (Air France) or 3H45 via Paris or Lyon (Air France)
Approx. 10H by train (via Toulouse) Prices depends on when you want to go. No buses (there is no such thing as National Express in France).

You can take the train from Nice to Perpignan then on to Barcelona (bus or train), then pick up a flight (69 euro for the late night flight) on Spanair to Bilbao, then bus up to SS and then on to Biarritz. I am sure there are other solutions. I don't know any low cost carriers in France. Karl
