yes there is one big one in Al rawza area.(I have forgotten the name).I have used it.
Two secrions one section for male and one for females.Very modern, internet free access and I beleive good selection of books. You drive from Riyadh city centre towards Dammam in Al khoreys Road.I dont rememebr the exit but before exit 13. Another library in central Riyadh is King Abdulaziz Library located in King Fahad Road next to the NCCI main office.

King abdul aziz library on khurais road and king fahad national library on king fahad road,There is one near old riyadh on way to batha, where there is national museum.
