Anyone stayed in these budget hotels??

Im having a look on hostelbookers.com and hostelworld.com and only two cheap hotels I can find is "My Hotel Inn (Jinan Bei Yuan)" and "GreenTree Hotel Jinan Railway Station Hotel". Has anyone stayed in either one and can give me some tips on which one to go for.. Are the locations ok? Our budget is quite tight so we have to go for any of these.

What are your dates of stay? How many of you are there and what's your budget like? I'm not familiar with those two, but I might be able to find you somewhere suitable.

There's two of us, both female. Dates are June 25th and 26th. We are hostel type of girls so preferably under 100yuan. Those hotels I mentioned are both 85yuan.

No IYHs in Jinan, but there's a place called Lakeside Inn.
