my fren n i had plan a trip to jakarta-bandung this coming july. we need some advice whether it is possible to get train ticket from gambir-bandung on weekend? probably on Saturday. could we get the ticket a few hours before it depart or it is impossible to get ticket tickets on weekend as it would be sold out? oor plane is schedule to be arrive at jakarta airport around 10pm on friday. so, we plan to get ticket the next morning. is it possible? or we should wait till monday to travel to bandung? is it easier to get ticket on monday? thanxxx...

Hi,
The answer is yes. Since the highway road to Bandung is finnished, people prefer to go to Bandung by car. Which mean no more hassle to get train ticket to Bandung at weekend. Have a nice trip

well u can take shuttle bus from jakarta to Bandung, no need wait the ticket, and more confortable, and u can take this shuttle bus from Jakarta airport to Bandung.

Use travel agent using mini van directly from Jakarta to Bandung, these are the options :
Extrans travel 021-3150555 book via phone Jln. Cihampelas, Bandung (022) 70820555 Soekarno Hatta - Bandung Via Jln. Blora Rp 100.000 Bandung - Soekarno Hatta via Jln. Blora RP 90.000 Cipaganti Travel 021-3147854 book via phone, Jakarta Jln. Cipaganti Bandung Soekarno Hatta - Bandung Rp 135.000 Bandung - Soekarno Hatta RP 135.000 Schedule Jakarta-Bandung (vice versa) available every 1 hour or one and half. i think u better call Kak Aina 017 2262 458 from bangi, she has a good conatct in Bandung-Jakarta, can advise u many thins about Bandung-Jakarta
