Imran Bhai has already told all the well known markets of Islambad specially Raja Bazar. I just want to add a couple of things.
Raja Bazar is in Rawalpindi but it is cheaper than Islamabad. For wall decoration items check Jinnah Road in Raja Bazar. In Islamabad Check Super Market, Aabpara and also in Blue Area. Hopefully you'll find it.
