Dear Shenzhen friends,
Hi, I planning to travel from Macau to Shenzhen on this coming day by ferry. May i know which way is shortest and cost cheapest between Shekou to Luohu and Fu Yong ferry terminal to Luohu? How do i get to Luohu from these place? Can anybody suggest me which hotel in shenzhen is strategy and worth to stay since i travel along with sizeable baggage? Please... |

Oh thanks ellyse, actually i wish to stay at somewhere which is centrally located and near from subway and buses. Is it possible to limit my accomodation expense to around 40-60 US dollars for 1N since my budget is limited? I heard that the journey from Shekou to Luohu takes 45 minutes for cab ride, how much it cost?
Is it any transportation from Fu Yong to Luohu? Your recommendation is appreciated.

Macau ferry lands at the Shekou ferry terminal, from there take the express bus to Luohu (208 or 113 I think but double check), it is air conditioned and not so bad, about 6-10 RMB, my memory is getting very bad! Now if you have "lots" of luggage it may be a problem, taxi from Shekou to Luohu is around 65-80 RMB depending on traffic. There are many hotels there all depends on your budget. Cheapest will be the one on top of teh Luohu train station, not very nice and security may be a concern if you have lots of luggages. Behind train station there are several better ones. You can go on Asia Hotels web site to check and book.
