I will be living in Thessaloniki, Greece this fall and I was planning on visiting friends throughout Europe by using the inexpensive RyanAir, which flies out of Constanta. Any recommendations on the cheapest travel methods from Thessaloniki to Constanta? Thank you!

It is a bus line there. Athens to Constanta, three times per week, Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday at 07.00 am. The company which opperate this bus line is Fotopoulos Express.
From Constanta City to airport (25 km) you can take a taxi.

ryanair has alot of hidden charges. for instance there is a 30 euro charge for every bag, to the best of my knowledge, so look around.

I think another option is the train. There is a train between Bucharest and Thesaloniki. Some data:

From Bucharest North (the main trainstation of the country) there are many trains to Constanta, for another 3 hours.
