The Hotel & Hostel Rila is situated close to the coach station Nepliget, just about 400 - 500 metres. Here the site in order to check.
http://www.hotelrila.com/english/default.asp From bus station to Keleti train station you should take the M3 metro till station Deak ter, here change to M2 and the 3rd station is Keleti train station.

Taking tram 1 or 1A in direction Becsi ut for 5 stops and then transfering at Stadionok for metro M2 in direction Deli pu. and taking it for one stop would be slightly faster, except if you just miss the tram and have to wait for the next one. And it's less climbing up and down on stairways and escalators like that, if that matters. But the other version with the metro interchange is fine too of course.
