Has anyone ever stayed here? How would we get to the airport from this hotel?

Hi
I haven't actually stayed at Hooters, but I do like to swing by when I am in town to gamble and dine on all you can eat Ribs @ Dan Marino's. Hooters is a totally fun and lively and in a great location on the strip. As for getting there from the airport.... There are many shuttle busses that costs about $6-7 each way. The will be a few desks located where you pick up your luggage. The only thing is I don't know if different shuttles go to different hotels. The shuttle I took stopped at MGM first then to the Flaming, Hooters is in between the two. If the shuttle busses DO NOT go to Hooters, just take a cab. It really isn't very far from the airport and actually if there are two or more of you, it would probably be cheaper to share a taxi fare than each of you buying a seat on the shuttle. Hope you have fun!

I'd agree that a taxi is probably the best way as it is only a short journey. If you try to do it by public transport it means a bus or a 2km walk up Tropicana to Paradise then the 108 bus to the airport - a lot of bother with luggage.
Haven't stayed at Hooters but I have heard that it is changing hands sometime this year and will be redeveloped so make sure you have a definite booking.

This used to be the old San Rema Hotel and is old, Hooters bought it and I don't know if they remodeled it or just changed the sign. Its a good location if you get a good rate, across from the MGM behind the Tropicana Hotel cornor Las Vegas Blvd and Tropicana just take a taxi to the airport or the hotel might have a bus.ken

I almost booked a bungalow there in September (You can't beat $25 per night) but changed my mind after reading some reviews that people staying in the bungalows were going home with bed bugs. If you need, I will find the reviews.
Be careful!
