Hi,
I've checked the website and it says that Ramayana ballet will be performed only 4 nights in June from 13th to 16th at Prabanan.( IS this correct?)
I'll be in Jogja around 3rd,4th or 5th June. Looks like i m going to miss it.

But another site says it is also perform in Purawisata Yogyakarta Jalan Brigien Katamso. Where is this place and how to go there? Will the dance be performed around 3,4 or 5th June?

From what I've read the Ramanyana is performed every night at Purawisata in Yogya. Purawisata Yogyakarta is located on Jalan Brigjen Katamso, to the east of Yogyakarta Kingdom. www.geocities.com/pwykid/ramayana.html

Yes, I think ramayana ballet played at Purawisata every night. BUt Im sure in the weekend.

If you want to get there, just take bus transjogja. But you have to find the right line. For the line information you can find in this website www.transjogja.net or if itsnt so clear once you arrive in Jogja or in Malioboro street find shelter bus of Transjogja and ask about the infomration to go there.

I have been at this ramayana ballet at Purawisata. It was good, but not as colosal as the riginal ramayana ballet at prambanan temple.
