What is the best way to get from Luxor to Hurghada? Train, Bus or Flight?

What do you mean by "best"???

There is no train from Luxor to Hurghada!

Flights are only on certain days, and most are going via Cairo.

You can take the bus or have a taxi. The taxi will be more expensive, but it will leave at your time and will stop at your time and where ever you like. See something you want to take a picture of??? Just stop the taxi! The bus will not stop at your request.

My best transportation will be a taxi. The trip will take 5 to 6 hours. Ask around with taxi drivers/companies in Luxor. Inquier different prices and bargain!! I think you can do it for 50 to 75 Euro's. And don't forget to tip the drivers!! More than probably they are not payed, just allowed to drive the car. They are depending on your tipping! In other words: you are paying for the car, not the driver(s)! 50 to 100 LE will be a good tipping, depending on the service you were getting.

2 hours check in, at least 50 minutes flight, at least 1 hour check out and transportation to your destination.

Last time we were in Egypt we looked for a flight from Aswan to Marsa Alam.. It was impossible in our travel schedule and the time it took to get there by road wasn't more time consuming or more expensive than going by air.
