I'm going to be in Perth in 2 days time and was wondering if it's too cold for shorts and t-shirts or would that be crazy?what woulod be the appropriate attire at this time?

You'll freeze in shorts and a t-shirt right now. Mornings and evenings paticularly are chilly, though it does warm up during the day. Jeans/trousers and a couple of layers on top would be much more appropriate - and that's in Perth. If you're still heading for the south coast it wil be colder. Showers are forecast over the next few days, with a temperature range between 7 and 19 degrees.

Hi, jeans and shirt with jacket handy for when it gets cold. Next 2 days expect showers so bring some warm clothes. There should be some sun.

Depends where you are coming from and the climate you are used to. I remember visiting Canada in August 1999 and on a particular day it was 23C...everyone went swimming excepte for me.....Was way to cold for me lol.

The days are around 20 celcius at the moment but the nights are getting cold.
Forecast for Perth from Monday is 23, 23, 23 & 24 which is very nice.

If you're coming from Singapore, you will find it chilly. Lovely and sunny a lot of the time but clear skies make for cold nights and chilly early mornings.

If you're from Singapore, you may think it cold and want winter clothes.
If you're from UK, you may think it mild, wear shorts during the middle of the day and want to go swimming.
For most people, at least jeans and t-shirt during the day, warmer clothes for the evening. It may rain.
