I want to to know what the road condition is of the road between Lilongwe and Livingstone? I am planning a trip for a group and need to know if we would be able to drive there with a Mercedes Sprinter 20 seater?

You will encounter stretches with some potholes but generally your only problem will be animals wandering onto the road so be carefull, especially at night. Roads in Zambia and Malawi are fine and appart from the potholes, most times you wont have an emergency lane onto which to drive. Stick to the speed limits, I've never had issues with police in Zambia but I have heard of bribery for speeding taking place.
