On the 2d of September we travelled with the owner of the agency. We were picked up at our hotel at 7:30 and brought back at 20:00
He showed us Elbasani and Tirana and told us everything there was to be told. Everything we agreed upon in our email (I aranged this trip by email from Holland) was realized. Also the payments. I can recommend them. They are ok.
