Hi. Can any member inform me whether the Rathaus in Hamburg operates a staff-canteen that is also open to the public, offering subsidized meals at lunchtime, the way the Rathaus's in Berlin do.

Ahem, two things:
- The meals are not really subsidized (why give away subsidezed meals to business people from around the townhall?). The company that operates the canteen is a charitable institution that provides severly hndicapped people with apprenticeships and jobs and therefore carries a smaller tax-burden, but the meals are not subsidized. - As for a similar canteen in Hamburg: To my knowledge, there's none in the townhall. But the civil court is close by: 1 Sievekingplatz, 20355 Hamburg.
