I checked some Belize tours and they are quite pricey. Can someone recommend lower-priced day-tours originating from BC? Any clean, safe hotel ($50 to $100/night) in Belize City?

I just stayed at Hotel Mopan in Belize City. Clean reasonably priced and safe. Sorry I can't help you with the tour question.
