Hello,

Arriving to Malta this weekend. The weather forecast is quite RAINY. When planning our days in Malta, we would like to know if rainy days in May are typically "rain whole day", "heavy showers", something else... What to expect for next week?

Hello there, check out this Malta Airport weblink which gives you a five-day weather forecast: http://www.maltairport.com/weather. Next week it should be rather cloudy, some showers on Monday, with an average temperature of 23C.

We've been having really good weather recently, but it did rain a little this morning, hardly enough to carry an umbrella though. During this time of year we don't expect heavy rain or days when it rains all the time.

Rain is relative.

In Malta "Rain" is mostly showers, on and off, for a few minutes at a time.
I have been here for 10 weeks and I have never had a full day of rain.

Typically it wets the ground and disappears for the day.
