| Seward | Transportation to Anchorage Posted: Fri May 16, 2008 06:04 PM UTC
3 of us need to get to Anchorage from Seward the morning of Sunday 7/6. I see that there are busses and independent van companies. We will be staying on N Street in AK. They all seem to cost about the same. What do you suggest? How long is the trip (bus says 3 hours, vans say 2 1/2)?

Another option is that Alaska Railroad (www.alaskarailroad.com). It's a beautiful ride and you get to relax and enjoy the sights the entire way. For a one-way ticket it's only $69. The train takes about 4.5 hours. Have a great trip!
