Hi,

Anyone to advise me:-

-Hotel close with Lao Jie Metro Station,Dongmen road/market.The cost RMB200-RMB300.

-How do i get cheapest way from Shenzhen Airport to Mongkok HK.

There is a direct bus service from Shenzhen airport (Bao'an) to Hong Kong, every 20 minutes between 08:20 and 21:20 price 90RMB. AS far as I know this will stop at Laichikok Road, Prince Edward MTR, which is one stop from Mongkok MTR.

Plenty of three-star hotels in Shenzhen in your price range. There is a chain called 7-Days Inn which have several in SZ.

There is a good hotel at the Railway station..I think its called Station Hotel. Another one right naxt door too,. Besides after all the shopping, across the road at a gigantic Mall...you just cross the road and into your room. The train will take you to Mongkok....about an hors ride... Try the Dragon Hostel in Mongkok, good and reliable, if you are looking for accomodation there. Enjoy...I love Shenzhen.

I think it might be even cheaper to take the airport shuttle to Luohu, walk across the border then pick up the MTR/KCR on the other side to Mongkok station.

Any idea about hotel??.Near the Lao Jie MTR,Dongmen Old Market area.I allrady find Days Inn Hotel from web.But the price for feb 2009 $484 per rooms.My cost below $70.

I think you're mixing currencies here. Quoted price must be in RMB (or HK$), giving a US dollar price of US$69. Seems pretty high to me.

I was in SZ a coupel of weeks ago. Stayed at Guang Shen Hotel, for around 360RMB. I'm not sure where it is, not far from Luohu, but the taxi driver knows.

I think you may have a problem booking hotels in China, because English is not widely spoken, although you might be lucky in Shenzhen. In any case, booking in advance is not a Chinese thing.

Here's another place near Laojie. It's a little dearer than 7-Days.

Railway Station hotel...on Jianshe Lu....tel no.0755 2321168....Around 200Y per day.

All 3 hotels are in a triangle across each other. Room rates are around Y200...and you can haggle down the price at reception desk...its done all the time. Also there is a hotel booking office at the station itself and let me tell you that there is never a shortage of rooms here except maybe on the yearly holidays May 1 to 7. and maybe weekends.

Days Inn have the location you want.

They have good rooms as they are still new.

Days Inn and 7-Days Inn are two different chains. Days Inn is 4-star and its rate is at the top of your budget - US$70 per night. 7-Days Inn is 3-star and around US$40 per night.
