Can anybody provide me information about public transportation, especially by bus from Dubrovnik airport to Mlini. Thank you!

Buses from Dubrovnik airport (Cilipi) to Mlini is either by public bus service (Libertas), bus No. 11 (to Dubrovnik) or Atlas airport shuttle service (after every scheduled flight; ask them to make a stop in Mlini; it will be on the main road not in the "centre" of it). Public transport Dubrovnik- Mlini is served by buses 10, 11 and 25. I'm not sure if any goes to the centre of Mlini; the main road is 10min walk from the "centre" or the sea. More info can be found on: www.libertasdubrovnik.com (open both the suburban line map (East) and timetable simultaneously as it's very hard to see on the timetable itself).
