Which is the name of the pedonal street or area,in Lapad,where to find restaurants,bars,pharmacy,etc...?

If you look on this map
http://www.dubrovnik-apartments.com/mapa_velika.htm in the middle of the map - where the peninsular divides you will see a cloter of symbols B-ank, S- hops, P -ost office etc. There was a small pedestrian shopping centre there but the Post Office was on the main road.

If you stay at the Hotel Lapad out of the front door turn left and follow the road to the left, past the cinema I think, about 10 minutes to the main road and shops, restaurants, pharmacie etc - well it was 5 years ago. The pedestrianised road leads down to the Hotel Kompass and Lapad beach passed a number of bars and restaurants. You can also hop on the bus to the old town easily although they can get busy.On google maps I found the road in question - setaliste kralja Zvonimira
