Is there a bus or train that leaves the CPH airport to the isle of Moen - and where do I pick it up?

you will need to take a train to "vordingborg" first and then change to a bus to "stege" which is the main town on moen.
it's fairly easy and you can buy your ticket right before departure at the train station.
