Could someone help me out, I am driving from the airport in Duborvnik to the marina in Split using the Coast road E65 (is that the right road number?. What I am wondering what is the best way to get out of the airport on to the coast road and when is get to Split how do I get to the port? Is there a website with driving directions in Croatia I could use? Also how long does it take non stop to do this drive?

From Dubrovnik airport just head towards Dubrovnik, and then follow the signs to Split. They will guide you to E65 (D8) road better known as Adriatic road.

The distance is around 200 km, the drive will take approximately 4 hours.

I hope by Split Marina you mean ACI (Yachting) Marina in Split?
(Note: if you need to reach the ferry port, just ignore the following part of my post).

Once you reach Split things will become tricky, I've tried both Viamichelin.com and HAK.hr (online itinerary sites) but they both show wrong routes within Split street system (they will "navigate" you through pedestrian streets!).

So, what you should do is find the Marjan tunnel somehow. One of the following locations should be posted on tourist signs / local attractions directions once you enter Split:
- ACI Marina
- Muzej Hrvatskih Arheoloskih Spomenika
- Hotel Jadran
- Hotel Marjan

Just follow the signs and they should direct you towards Marjan tunnel.
Once you leave the tunnel drive to the end of the road and turn left.
Continue along that street, ACI Marina is approximately 1000 metres from there.

(And if you just need to reach the ferry port it is fairly easy since there are clear signs on the streets and you just need to follow them).
