Can anybody tell me what the function "Was this reply helpful?" is good for. I never can see a ranking or something else like this.

It goes into your overall rankings. Before it was only tip ratings that went into the rankings.

The rating of the member that posted the reply will change depending on how you answered this question.

You don't see the rating when you check helpfulness. You only see it if you answer a question in the travel forum and someone rates the helpfulness of that answer. You will get a listing in This Week's Ratings
