I've seen them at Dunvegan Castle in September. There used to be a guy would take you round the rocks in a boat to see them better.

Loads of seals around Orkney.
When I walked the cliffs near the Tomb of the Eagles the seals watched me all the way (I think they were bored!).

Agree with Ieics - tons of seals on Orkney. I did not see any when I was on Skye but there are otters there and of course I never saw them either even though I sat in the bird/otter hide for a few hours. There are some places/businesses/visitor centers in Broadford you can stop at and they can tell you where to view otters - I bet they can answer the same question regarding seals. The hide I am referring to was up above Kyle Rhea.

There is a seal comes into Dysart harbour in Fife looking for fish discarded by the locals. You can often see them at a distance along the Fife coast.
Couple of years ago we took a boat trip from Anstruther (Fife) to the Isle of May in the Firth of Forth and there are lots of seals there.

We'll stay in Perth and rent a car but I think Orkney is too far. But we'll visit Firth of Forth and I hope so much we'll watch them. But we'll visit Skye also and maybe they'll be there too.

Yes, you can visit (and see) seals on Skye.
Dunvegan Castle offers trip by a small boat to the Loch Dunvegan seal colony.

Wow, thank you very very much!
And I have one more question: 1 day is enough for Isle of Skye and Loch Ness? We'll drive from Perth.

Perth to Skye bridge is going to take around 3 and a half hours, longer if you have to navigate/it's very wet/you get stuck behind a caravan or lorry or tractor.
You'll be spending most of the day in the car. I doubt you'll have tiome to see Loch Ness too.
http://www.theaa.com/travelwatch/planner_main.jsp?database=B
will give you route details and timings. Distances in the UK always take longer than the map would suggest.
An overnight stay would be a much better idea, if you can arrange it.

Also think one day is not enough to see the beautiful Isle of Skye.
We made a round trip while staying on Skye and couldn't visit the whole island.
Indeed try to stay at least one night.

Take a look at B&B 'Tigh a Croisean' in Broadford.
During our stay we paid GBP 50,- for one night.

In case you decide to try the Isle of May, here's the website for the boat.
Also there's a tip about it on my Kirkcaldy page.
