i'm taking my family to CW in 2 weeks and i was looking at there night shows - Anyone every been to the night shows ? i was looking at 3 of them ''Dance, Our Dearest Diversion''...Capitol Concert...Lanthorn Tour oh and Cry Witch ,which i heard was very good for older kids and adults Also anything you can tell would be great thanks

I often take in evening activities at CW- lantern tours, eat in one of the taverns, ghost walk, the dance is usually interesting, as was theCry Witch, and the programs concerning indentured servants and slave's lifestyles - my favorites have been the music performances, particularly in the candlelit churches- spinnet, etc. Depending on the ages of your kids they will enjoy wandering around with a lantern- those cobblestones can be tricky at night!

I used to live in that area- don't know if you are planning on visiting Jamestown, Yorktown, Busch Gardens, Water Country- you might consider visiting Carter's Grove plantation- let me know if I can help you in any way.
