There are many all over Hong Kong and there is one on Nathan Road close to the Star Ferry terminal. I'm sorry though I don't know the address.

There seemed to be more Esprit Outlets than shops when I was in HK a few weeks ago. There's one in Mong Kok on Nathan Rd (1 min walk from MongKok MTR). There's an Esprit Outlet in TST, off Nathan Rd, near Yue Hwa Chinese Emporium.
