hey am planning my visit mid july..a few questions

1 how will the weather be
2 are the beaches swimmable at that time
3 good places to stay with good air conditioning
4 recommended 5 star hotels or serviced apartments
5 which is the central beach to stay around good restaurants and how is the centara grand beach resort..

1. the weather in july is nice (most days will be filled with sun) because rainy season start around early october.

2. most suitable beach for swimming for me is lamai beach, chaweng beach also good, the best private beach is Choeng Mon beach (less crowded n quiet).

3. the most developed beach in samui is chaweng and lamai beach, here have many good accommodation..for quiter resort area u can go to Mae Nam, Bophut, Bang Rak, and Choeng Mon(north part of samui).

4. for hotel depend on u,,what ur expectation? maybe can try at chaweng or lamai area bcoz u also want good restaurant area....just look at amari palm reef at north chaweng, Muang samui spa resort (recommended) infront of samui seafood grill & rstaurant also in chaweng....Centara grand also good.
