Train/transport from Trier to Berlin?

I am looking to travel from Trier to Berlin on the 24th June. Does anyone know the best transport options? I can't seem to find anything helpful!

Or a free flight (taxes/fees are EUR 11,89) with Ryanair from (Frankfurt-)Hahn (HHN) to Berlin-Schönefeld (SXF).
I always find it funny if the shuttle bus is more expensive than the flight. EUR 12,00 in this case.
