Hi

We'll be in Chile next October and saw that the biggest swimming pool in the world can be found in Algarrobo (San Alfonso del Mar resort).

Now that somethink cool to be visited, but I don't find any info on either visiting the plase as a guest for a day (if possible at all) or staying there for one or two nights.

So that's my question .... Can we get there just as guests or a short-term stayers ?

HI there, San Alfonso del Mar is a private resort and not a tourist attraction. To be able to stay here you will need to rent an apartment from one of the owners. You can do this by doing a google search on "arriendo" and "san alfonso del mar" which came up with a few. It looks like the resort has a office to also arrange renting an apartment which you can access through this site: http://www.sanalfonso.cl/resort/ which is in Spanish.

So is there no access to the pool in the day at all?

As far as I know the only access to the pool is for residents of the resort.
