Can you recommend any hotels near Piazza Roma?
My husband and I will be staying in Venice on the nights of 2 and 3 January 2009. We are booked to stay at Al Tolentini in December for 2 days (70 euros a night). The rate is much more expensive in January at the same hotel. We prefer not to pay more than 80 euros per night. We need to catch the bus to the airport at 4 in the morning of the 4th of January. A few years ago we stayed in Hoteo Arlecchino. It was great and convenient but now it is too expensive. The hotel does not need to be luxury, just clean with private bathroom and breakfast included. I stayed here twice and liked it and it was 70 euro per double - of course it may be more now btw it is Piazzale Roma - there is only one piazza in venice
